Each year the membership of DMP gathers at the Annual Forum to participate in the discernment process for grant awards. Since 2005 we have used the Appreciative Inquiry model engaging in four intense days of listening, inquiry and discernment. This model that has proven exceptionally successful and we hope it will serve as a model for discernment for the rest of the Episcopal Church.
